How To Undermine Your Manifesting Process

An interesting phenomenon came up when I was on the phone with a client yesterday. I call it “adaptive modulation” and it can really undermine our manifesting process. We all have the ability to shift our vibrational state in an instant. We do it all the time. Just close your eyes, imagine you’re sitting on a beautiful beach, sipping something with an umbrella in it, listening to the waves, feeling the sun on your skin …. aaaaah. See, you just shifted your vibrational state. This ability to shift, to modulate our energy is what makes us the powerful Creators of our experience. It can also work against us. The Discomfort of “The Gap”

The question I seem to get most often these days is: “Andrea, I have a huge vision of my purpose in this lifetime. But I don’t know how to get there! Where do I even start?” Highly conscious seekers everywhere are feeling the discomfort of what I call “the gap.” It’s the gap between who you are as an incredibly Divine, abundantly gifted spiritual Being … and the actual practical application of your Divine purpose into your human experience. Reading Your Space

Every one of our life circumstances is a reflection of our inner state of Being.Â So itâ€™s not surprising that incredible amounts of insight can be gained just by looking around our physical space! Have a look at your current environment, just as it is right now.Â Your entire surroundings are reflecting your inner state of Being back to you, just as you are right now.Â I had tremendous fun doing this exercise this morning, contemplating the several boxes that, two months after moving, are somehow still sitting around upstairs.Â Hereâ€™s what I discovered: Boxes that are open but not yet unpacked.Â Meaning: Iâ€™m almost ready to settle down after a year of whirlwind changes in life and business â€¦ but not quite.Â And since Iâ€™m tolerating the boxes with a surprising amount of equanimity, I must be willing to wait on settling down until Iâ€™ve created exactly what I...

Witnessing Perfection

With clarity of intention, we can begin looking at everything that shows up in our lives as perfect.Â By setting our intentions, we have announced our desired outcome to the Universe.Â Now everything is set in motion so that this desired outcome can manifest itself into our lives. Sometimes, what shows up is drama and upheaval.Â Announcing our clear intention causes everything in our lives that is misaligned with that intention to show up in a big way, so that these vibrations can be addressed.Â Anything that needs to be healed, to be shifted, or to be cleared will make itself known.Â Anything that does not serve us in manifesting our intention needs to make room for new energies that help us create what we want. A New Perspective for New Years’ Resolutions

The New Year is upon us. Are you setting your goals and intentions for 2009? Are you writing a list? Are you hauling out the craft supplies for your vision board? Thatâ€™s good. Do all of that. But donâ€™t for a second turn your goals and intentions for 2009 into a giant, oppressive â€œto-doâ€ list that sends you into an egoic meltdown of attachment by April. Sit with your list or your vision board instead. Pick just one thing â€“ yes, it can be your â€œbigâ€ thing. Then ask yourself: â€œWho will I have to BE to attract and manifest this into my life?â€ This is the question that really matters.
