One of my favorite meditation exercises to give my clients as homework is as simple as it is challenging. I invite you to try this one for yourselves!
Light a white candle, sit down and breathe in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Count your breaths - this helps minimize mental chatter. Staring at a natural light source like this connects you to your own Divine Light. Do this for five minutes at a time.

Blessings,
Andrea
