Examining Clarity of Intent

My greatest teacher on clarity of intent is currently my two-year-old. She instantly picks up on even the slightest lack of conviction when I tell her she needs to put away her crayons before she watches “Barney.” My uncertainty is immediately reflected in her behavior!

Even more than my toddler’s perceptiveness, the Universe will also pick up on any energies of self-doubt and uncertainty. You may say “I want to increase my income by 50% in the next six months.” But any hint of “I’m not sure I deserve it” or “I don’t believe I can accomplish this” will also manifest itself as delay, incomplete results, or at worst, a complete no-show of what you are manifesting.

The Universe, just like my toddler, will teach you about clarity of intent. It will always reflect your convictions, beliefs, and intentions back to you with complete accuracy. If you are receiving unintended results, there are thoughts and emotions present within yourself that you are unaware of. By examining what shows up for you - or what doesn’t - you can gain awareness of unexamined issues and beliefs that may be holding you back from creating what you desire.
