If we want to attract new circumstances of any kind – financial and otherwise – we have to obviously shift our vibrational state. We can’t stay the same and hope to create new results. No, we have to change our thoughts, our actions, our entire state of Being if we’re going to attract something other than what we’ve created so far.
The single best way to do so is to change your external circumstances.
In other words – get out of the house!
Travel is one of the most profound ways we can quickly shift our vibrational state – especially airplane travel. There’s nothing natural about picking ourselves up off the globe and plopping ourselves down thousands of miles away. Jet lag exists for a reason. It is energetically discombobulating to our system to find ourselves transported to a new climate, time zone and geography within mere hours.
But in this vibrational confusion we find immense opportunity.
When we’re energetically confused, we are OPEN – to new ideas, to new ways of thinking, to new actions. What we previously considered impossible suddenly seems to be within reach. What we’d never thought of before suddenly pops into our heads. What never made sense suddenly has lightbulbs popping in our brains.
Add brand-new people and environments to the mix, and you have the opportunity to completely revise your vibrational state – at least temporarily. Haven’t you ever felt that, while you travel, you can be the person you truly want to be? There’s something about the anonymity of meeting strangers, living in hotel rooms, and hanging out in airports that allows us to transcend the self-perception of our own ego and tune into the person we truly want to be. When we travel, we may feel expansive, unlimited, transcendent of our self-imposed boundaries.
By physically stepping WAY beyond our comfort zone, we give ourselves the opportunity to align to who we truly are. Without our own four walls, our family members and loved ones to uphold for us our normal, every day energetic state of Being, we can experience ourselves differently.
If you can’t get on an airplane … get away from your usual haunts. Drive across town, or even take a road trip for the day. When I truly need to get inspired, I leave my house, find a coffee shop with wifi somewhere, and take my office mobile for the day.
New environments give rise to new thoughts, new ideas, new inspiration.
If you want to create something different … take yourself into an unfamiliar environment. Literally take yourself out of your comfort zone, the further afield the better!
Blessings,
Andrea

Hi Andrea
this is so very true, I’ve experienced it so many times that traveling allows us to step out of the “familiar” and come back with inspiration, new ideas and with totally different and higher vibrating energies.
And the coffee shop down the street became my second home and mobile office, too! New people, lots of differently vibrating energies, an ideal place to be inspired and take my business to always new levels as well.
Thanks for your post, for bringing it up so I can be even more conscious of what I REALLY do – next time I take off to new places!
This is great, Andrea!… I just got back from an intense 5 day internet business training course in LA… many of us are very sick upon getting back… but I believe it’s part of the detoxification process that’s happening… as we energetically get prepared to live at higher levels of life… Love, Aurelio.
Super timely article for me. Thanks Andrea, thanks Universe. <3
You are so right. Super timely article for me. Thanks Andrea, thanks Universe.
I find this very true for myself as well. In fact, the further afield the better.
The other thing that really works for me is pushing my physical limits. I don’t tend to do this very often! But there’s nothing like climbing to the top of a mountain to let you know that you are capable of more than you think you are capable of!
Blessings,
Keena
Thanks for this article Andrea! This is very true. When I do travel, it feels like limitations falls away and I can really the essence of my soul wanting to be whoever she wants to be an experience. It also explains why I get sad coming home because as much as I try to maintain the vibration of this “other” place, I get sucked back into the old programming again.
How very true.
You don’t have to travel, though, to change your environment. I brought my elderly mother home to live with me last week. Boy did that turn my world upside down and put me totally out of my comfort zone. (So much for planning!
I did a major detox just a couple of days ago and now have a more relaxed outlook on the whole endeavor. In the process of restructuring my life, I have the opportunity to create some new behaviors and activities and make time to do my readings.
As usual Andrea you are so on point with this article. I find that even a little jaunt on the highway puts me in a different state than before the trip. I like to turn up the radio or CD player and just let my inner self have fun just singing away to the music.
It’s like musical chicken soup for the soul.
Excellent info as always!!!
Thanks so much Andrea. I have just discovered your website and I listened to you for the first time. It felt like a wave of fresh air. I am at a crossroads right now, debating on whether to take a leap of faith, get out of my comfort zone and go to the place where I know I will fulfill my destiny and where I have known all along that I am meant to be. You are such an inspiration.
Actaully good advice. I love to take a trail ride with a nice horse. On the trail some times I talk to the horse about things I would never speak to a human being about, or even sing to the horse ocasionally (singing being something I do at no other time) but it’s amazing what riding through an different trail can do.
When alone I often take vactions by means of imagination, and I can go anywhere in space and time. I’ve heard that imagination is just as powerful as the real thing when used correctly, so I love using my imagination to visit other planets, and distant futures. After all when getting out of your comfort zone why be confinded to planet earth?
