Wow your post is very timely! Just yesterday, after a rather disappointing coaching session with a client I started to question my coaching abilites. After doing my own inner alignment, it hit me that I was feeling the way that I was because I was taking responsibility for my clients lack of action. Why can't she just do what she said she would do?? And then it hit me again, that as a coach, I am not responsible for the outcome. I cannot make people "get it". My answer......continue to evolve my love of teaching and empowering Women. Living out MY purpose. Just like it took me sometime to "get it", I know that somehow the women that come into my space will eventually "get it" as well. Hi Andrea!

We talk about the sacred transmission of enlightenment. I think all development is a sacred transmission of consciousness. We tune into your energetic imprint of empowerment, just as "devotees" tune in to a consciousness of oneness with a guru. And that energy is not predictable, and you can't always see how it is working or when it will work. My point is... even if you can't take action for anyone else, you are supporting us thru a transmission by your very being which resonates with empowerment.
