I’ve witnessed the truth in what you say. I’m sure we’ve all experienced the blessing of something being removed from our to-do lists by the action of another. It seems like when I’m truly tuned in I can pick my actions based on what comes across my radar and not be concerned with the others. Intention to match the vibes – that’s our work, thanks.

Like the others who commented, I also have been struggling with putting too much emphasis on “doing,” forgetting that the doing is the least powerful part of the creating or of the “performing the alchemy” as you put it so nicely. I was reminded by an Abraham Hicks video that the vibration (feeling) with which we take actions determines the result of those actions. When I am in a state of inspiration and passion I discover great ideas about the most effective actions to take and I enjoy myself. The actions feel almost effortless because I am tapped in fully to the energy of Source. I am slowly but surely learning to pay more and more attention to my feelings and shift my actions or lack there of accordingly.

I can relate with you big time as I’ve also had a lot “to do” lately. Yesterday, after becoming aware of some inner turmoil I decided to journal to get some stuff off my chest.

As I was journalling I was hit with a huge feeling of “enough already, I just wanna chill out” so I sat down to watch Charmed. As Charmed finished I was hit by a presence of angels and then received such a surge of inspiration I started to ‘download’ 3 pages of information that I needed to move forward.

I hear you on the separation and felt that by allowing myself to just be, my connection was deepened and I was receptive to receive exactly what I wanted.

I like the idea of being a “cook”…mixing ingredients and putting out a new dish with our loving hands. Its taste and flavor is how we accord meaning to it.

Your article came at a perfect time and I am so grateful. I have been very emotional with all of the changes in my life right now and I have been attempting to solve some of my challenges through my own thought process and energy allowing myself to become separate. Thank you so much for your beautiful reminder that I am not separate and all that I need is already available to me. I don’t have to plan and work so hard to make it happen. While we are indeed the very creators (or alchemists ) there is something tricky about the idea of seeing us as such. We don’t want to be the small gods of know-all, do-all. This is the reason why it works better to see the Source as higher power and humble ourselves — until we are truly aware of the energetic workings.

I still get into this faux creator mindset from time to time, so I appreciate your reminder.

Oh how that seems SO familiar! I loved this post and I feel a LOT of people will relate to it. I know I am my own worst enemy with the “to dos”. Yet when I am able to quiet my mind of all my “I gottas” and let go and go with the flow I get so much more done it seems effortless….
